Orders for in-stock items ship within 24 hours. Our Sales Department is open from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday, and 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturdays. Customer Service is open from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday.

You may place an order by Toll Free Telephone, U.S. Mail, 24 Hour Fax (610) 701-0619 or on the web at www.acmejeepparts.com. Your Customer Number, or mail code appears above your name on the address label or on an invoice. If using an Order Form, refer to the shipping chart. If you have questions about non-standard shipping, U.S. Customers may contact us at (800) 421-2215. Non U.S. customers may contact us at (610) 701-0484. For your protection - do not mail cash.

SHIPPING:

Some orders now ship from Nevada. Most orders ship by UPS. Consult Standard Shipping and Handling Chart for shipping costs. Due to UPS Regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional surcharges. Small items may ship via the Postal Service. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight. We often ship from multiple locations to give you better and more economical service.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Money Order or Personal Check. Payments made with Temporary Checks from your account will be held up to 21 days for clearance before shipping. Shipments outside the US must be paid in U.S. Dollars. Credit Cards are the easiest method of payment for Export Orders. All Store Credits expire 24 months from date of issue.

SALES TAX:

Orders shipped to an address in Pennsylvania will be charged a 6% Sales Tax. Addresses in Nevada will be charged 7.25%.

BACKORDERS:

Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 60 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. We specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation.

REFUNDS ON RETURNS DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS:

On exchange of defective products, Acme will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge if returned. For fastest processing of returns, please call ahead for a Return Authorization Number, or use the return form on the back of your invoice. Place your name and order number on the package for clear identification. Insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call
800-PICK-UPS and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier immediately at the phone number on the carrier's bill.

After contacting the carrier, call Acme Customer Service at (610) 701-0484 for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement shipment.

WARRANTIES:

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Acme, Inc. can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. Acme is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.
